Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate (minimum 70%)
- 200 g silken tofu
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 pinch salt

Instructions
- Mix the silken tofu and melt the chocolate.
- Blend the silken tofu again with the melted chocolate and agave syrup until you have an airy/foaming cream.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy!
