- 40 g oats
- 1 egg
- 30 ml almond milk
- 80 g apple compote
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp Cashew Nuts

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 4 minutes at full power (adjust according to the power of the microwave).
- Turn the bowl over onto a plate to "unmould" the cake.
- Add the toppings and enjoy while still warm.
