Sheep were domesticated about 8’000 years ago, long before cattle. Thus, even the pastoral peoples of antiquity produced sheep’s milk.
Ingredients
- 500 ml sheep milk
- 45 g cornstarch
- 4 tsp honey
- 20 g pistachios
- mint for decoration
- pistachios for decoration

Instructions
- Mix milk, starch and honey until smooth and bring to a boil until the mixture thickens.
- Pour into the moulds and leave to cool for 4 hours.
- Unmould and garnish with honey, mint and pistachios.
