Sheep were domesticated about 8’000 years ago, long before cattle. Thus, even the pastoral peoples of antiquity produced sheep’s milk.

Instructions
  1. Mix milk, starch and honey until smooth and bring to a boil until the mixture thickens.
  2. Pour into the moulds and leave to cool for 4 hours.
  3. Unmould and garnish with honey, mint and pistachios.
