Ingredients

500 ml sheep milk
45 g cornstarch
4 tsp honey
20 g pistachios
mint for decoration
pistachios for decoration

Instructions

Mix milk, starch and honey until smooth and bring to a boil until the mixture thickens.
Pour into the moulds and leave to cool for 4 hours.
Unmould and garnish with honey, mint and pistachios.
