- 200 g tempeh soya-millet from lebontempeh
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy tamari
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions
- Cut the tempeh into slices and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the sauce over the slices of tempeh and put them in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve with quinoa and vegetables or other side dishes of your choice!
