  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (convection oven).
  2. Cut the courgettes into thin slices and sprinkle with salt on both sides to soften them. Soak them for about 5 minutes, then dry them with a cloth.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 8 long strips.
  4. Add cream cheese, spices and grated cheese.
  5. Then place the courgette strips lengthways on the first strip, so that they stick out a little on one side. Roll them up and place them in a muffin tin.
  6. Repeat with the remaining strips.
  7. Bake the roses in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, let cool briefly. Enjoy!
