Courgettes can be eaten raw, cooked, grilled and fried. The very large yellow flower is also suitable for consumption and is considered a delicacy. Today we are making delicious courgette crisps in the oven.

  1. Cut the courgettes into thin slices. Then soak them in the milk for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  3. Mix the other ingredients and roll the courgette slices one by one.
  4. Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
