This bread recipe is quite simple and can be prepared in a very short time. It is healthy, contains many nutrients and requires only a few basic ingredients, which are typically already in your pantry.
Ingredients
- 200 g white flour
- 300 g wholemeal flour
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 300 ml lukewarm water
- 1 cube yeast
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp paprika

Instructions
- Mix lukewarm water with the yeast and honey. Attention: In order for the yeast to start working, the water temperature should not be higher than 42°C! Leave the mixture to sit until the first bubbles form on the surface.
- Mix the white flour, wholemeal flour, salt, paprika powder with the pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
- After the yeast has started to form bubbles, mix everything together.
- Add the sunflower oil.
- Knead the dough vigorously for 10 minutes, cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Form the loaf of bread and let it rise on a baking tray for another 30 minutes.
- Brush the loaf with water and put more seeds on it, pressing them in slightly.
- Bake the bread in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.

Recipe Notes
Our tip: knock on the bottom of the bread to see if it has been in the oven long enough. If it sounds hollow, the bread is ready.
