With autumn comes many recipes with the same main ingredient: pumpkin! And for the sweet recipes, we usually need the pumpkin as a fine puree. Today we show you how easy it is to make it yourself.

Instructions
- Wash the pumpkin, cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut into small pieces
- Cook in a pot of water for about 20-30 minutes until the pumpkin is soft
- Then mash into a puree and either store in the fridge or freeze directly!
