Ingredients
- 350 g Pasta
- 250 g pumpkin cut into small pieces
- 200 g bacon
- 1 shallot chopped
- 1 dl white wine
- 1 dl cream
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a frying pan, fry the shallot, the lardons and the pumpkin for a few minutes.
- Add the white wine and cook for a few minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the packet and reserve 1dL of cooking water.
- Add the reserved cooking water and the cream to the pan with bacon and pumpkin and cook for a few more minutes, then add the pasta and serve with grated cheese for extra flavour.
