Are you having a party with friends and want to cook something out of the ordinary? We have the perfect starter for you: salmon tartare with avocado! Super easy and quick to prepare, it’s fresh and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 200 g smoked salmon fillet
- 1/2 lemon
- 70 g fresh cream
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion small
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-2 slices toast
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Avocado cream
- Peel the avocado, remove the pit, place in a bowl and mash with a fork.
- Chop the onion and garlic very finely and mix into the avocado cream together with the fresh cream and a little olive oil.
- Remove the seeds from the cherry tomatoes, chop the tomatoes finely and mix well with the rest.
- Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and refrigerate.
Salmon tartare
- First cut the salmon into strips, then into cubes and place in another bowl.
- Squeeze the remaining lemon juice and pour over the salmon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Dressing
- Toast the bread.
- Meanwhile, divide the avocado cream evenly between two glasses and add the salmon cubes as a second layer.
- Serve the cool avocado salmon tartare with warm toast - enjoy!
