Ingredients
- 200 g Quinoa
- 250 g champignons
- 1 broccoli
- 1 onion
- 200 g chicken or plant-based alternative
- Tandoori-Dressing
- oil for frying
- Salt & Pepper
- handful roasted peanuts

Instructions
- Add the quinoa and a pinch of salt to 400 ml cold water and bring to the boil. Then leave to soak for about 15 minutes.
- Chop the onion. Slice the mushrooms and cut the broccoli into florets. Fry in a little oil.
- Fry the chicken (or plant-based alternative) with a little oil.
- Put the quinoa, vegetables and chicken (or plant-based alternative) in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, add the tandoori dressing and mix well.
- Serve in a bowl and garnish with crushed peanuts.
