Avocado mayonnaise
- 1 Avocado
- 1 lemon pressed juice
- 2 tbsp apple vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- herb salt
- 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions
- Cut the cod fillets into large cubes.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Form the mixture into slightly flattened balls and roll them in the breadcrumbs. Set aside in a cool dish for 30 minutes (or more).
- In the meantime, prepare the avocado mayo by simply blending all the ingredients in a mixer.
- Take the dish with the fish balls out of the fridge and cook them for 4-5 minutes on each side in a pan with a little olive oil.
