Do you like to bake? Then try this recipe for matcha and cinnamon rolls. They are perfect for a delicious snack with friends or family!
Ingredients

- 500 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 60 g sugar
- 60 g butter, melted
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 2 dl milk
- salt
- 1 packet baker's yeast
Icing
- 100 g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp matcha powder

Rolls
- Mix the eggs with the milk, sugar and melted butter.
- Add the flour, yeast (diluted in a little water) and salt.
- Add the cinnamon and matcha powder.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rest for 12 hours at room temperature.
- Once the dough has risen well, roll it out on a flat surface with a rolling pin.
- Melt the butter for the filling and brush the entire surface of the dough with a brush.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle the mixture over the entire surface of the dough.
- Roll the dough into a sausage.
- Cut the dough into 10 rolls.
- Place the rolls in a large baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 220° C.
Icing
- Mix the water with the icing sugar.
- Spread the mixture over the snails (ideally once they have cooled).
- Sprinkle with matcha powder using a small sieve.
