Meat is not just a treat: with this light and fresh turkey salad you are perfectly equipped for a summer day.
Ingredients
- 150 g baby spinach
- 1 Avocado
- 150-200 g Strawberries
- 1 red onion small
- 2 turkey breasts
- pine nuts
- bread croutons
- salt
- pepper
Dressing
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- salt
- pepper

Instructions
- Cut the turkey into strips, season with salt and pepper and fry with a drizzle of oil.
- Wash and chop the strawberries and spinach.
- Split the avocado in half and cut it into pieces.
- Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces.
- For the dressing, mix all ingredients together.
- Divide all the ingredients among the plates and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
