This mix is ideal for a healthy breakfast or snack. It contains energy, protein, omega-3, fibre and vitamins. The idea of the jar allows you to take it with you and the mixture can be made the day before for the following day.

  1. Mix the honey greek yogurt with the whisked cream cheese.
  2. Add the chia seeds and mix it all together.
  3. Cut the nectarine and the strawberries into pieces.
  4. In a bowl or a jar, add the fruit pieces to the yogurt mix.
  5. Add the pistachios and coconut flakes.
