Cookies are the classic dessert par excellence. Thanks to wholemeal and almonds, these are a little more nutritious – and quick to make!
Ingredients
- 100 g wholemeal flour or einkorn flour
- 50 g ground almonds
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 1 egg
- 80 g Butter
- 80 g whole grain sugar or coconut blossom sugar
- 1/2 sachet baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- 100 g dark chocolate 80 % broken into large pieces

Instructions
- Beat butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and beat a little longer.
- Add all the dry ingredients and mix to form a paste. Add the chocolate piece last.
- Shape into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 17 min at 150 °C and cool on a wire rack.
