Ingredients
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 175 g Butter
- 75 g flour
- 125 g icing sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 eggs room temperatur
- butter & flour for greasing & dusting
- 5 frozen chocolates optional

- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the moulds with butter and dust with flour.
- Melt the chocolate with the butter over low heat. Then leave to cool.
- Mix the eggs, flour, icing sugar and salt to a dough. Finally, stir in the chocolate and butter mixture to make a creamy batter.
- Pour the batter into the ramekins, optionally place the frozen chocolates in the centre and bake for about 15 minutes.
- If you like, you can decorate the cakes with fresh berries.
