- 350 g crushed tomatoes about one can
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika powder preferably smoked
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 pinch salt and pepper

- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator after cooling.
