Lemon-Chive Butter is a simple yet perfect butter sauce for meat, fish, chicken, or pretty much anything. It takes just 5 minutes to make and tastes delicious!
Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 1 tbsp lemon grated, organic
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch chives
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Wash and finely chop the chives.
- Cut the butter into thin slices and place in a bowl.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
- Add the lemon zest, chives, garlic and spices to the butter and mix well.
- Place in silicone moulds or roll in cling film and chill for at least 30 minutes.
