The “Bye bye summer” sandwich

This recipe is based on Autumn products, yet it has this “little something” that will remind you of Summer. It’s the perfect combination of various micronutrient-rich foods. You can easily keep the sandwich for 24 hours before eating it after it has been made.

Instructions
  1. Cut the cucumber and radishes into slices.
  2. Wash the salad.
  3. Crush the avocado with a little salt and pepper.
  4. Spread on one of the bread slices some avocado crush and on the the second slice of bread a little bit of fresh cheese.
  5. On the slice with the avocado, spread the cucumber slices and then lay the radish slices on top of each other.
  6. On the slice with the fresh cheese, pour a bit of maple syrup and then add the salad leaves and onion sprouts on top.
  7. Close your sandwich and... enjoy!
