This recipe is based on Autumn products, yet it has this “little something” that will remind you of Summer. It’s the perfect combination of various micronutrient-rich foods. You can easily keep the sandwich for 24 hours before eating it after it has been made.
Ingredients
- 2 slices wholegrain bread or nut bread
- 1 handful onion sprouts
- ¼ cucumber
- 2 radishes
- a few leaves of red salad
- cream cheese
- ½ Avocado
- pepper, salt
- maple syrup

Instructions
- Cut the cucumber and radishes into slices.
- Wash the salad.
- Crush the avocado with a little salt and pepper.
- Spread on one of the bread slices some avocado crush and on the the second slice of bread a little bit of fresh cheese.
- On the slice with the avocado, spread the cucumber slices and then lay the radish slices on top of each other.
- On the slice with the fresh cheese, pour a bit of maple syrup and then add the salad leaves and onion sprouts on top.
- Close your sandwich and... enjoy!
