This mix is ideal for a healthy breakfast or snack. It contains energy, protein, omega-3, fibre and vitamins. The idea of the jar allows you to take it with you and the mixture can be made the day before for the following day.

- 1 greek yogurt
- 150 g honey
- 100 g cream cheese whisked
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pistachios peeled
- 1 nectarine preferably organic
- coconut flakes
- 100 g strawberries or raspberries preferably organic

- Mix the honey greek yogurt with the whisked cream cheese.
- Add the chia seeds and mix it all together.
- Cut the nectarine and the strawberries into pieces.
- In a bowl or a jar, add the fruit pieces to the yogurt mix.
- Add the pistachios and coconut flakes.
