Artichokes with herb dip and mustard-honey dip. A healthy and delicious aperitif in order to start a perfect evening with your friends and family.

- 2 artichokes
- 4 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 Baguette
herb dip
- 250 g Crème fraîche
- 1 lime
- 1/2 bunch basil
- 1/2 bunch parsely
- salt and pepper to taste
mustard-honey dip
- 1/2 bunch dill
- 1 red onion
- 4 tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. orange peel
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- pepper

Instructions
- Wash artichokes well, remove stem and cut off the top third of the leaves.
- Prepare pot with enough water and add 4 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 tablespoon salt to the water. Add artichokes to water, bring to a boil and simmer covered over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
- For the herb dip: finely chop basil leaves and parsley. Grate and squeeze the lime. Add the lime zest and herbs to the crème fraiche and season with salt and pepper and lime juice.
- For the mustard-honey dip: pluck the dill tips and chop finely. Finely slice and dice the onion. Mix together the mustard, dill, onion, orange zest, honey and lime juice and season with pepper.
- Lift artichokes out of water with a ladle and drain well.
- Serve with bread
