This recipe is the perfect way to start the day! It contains energy, fibre, essential fatty acids, protein and vitamins from the antioxidant family.
It can be eaten hot or cold and kept for 3 days. However, porridge has a tendency to dry out, so add a little milk or yoghurt if you want to eat it in the days following preparation to maintain its creamy texture.
Ingredients
- 150 g Bulgur
- 2 dl coconut milk
- 1 dl oat milk
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- kiwi fruit
- banana

Instructions
- Cook the bulgur in the coconut milk with the flax seeds.
- Stir occasionally until the bulgur has absorbed the coconut milk.
- Add the oat milk if you want a smoother texture.
- Add the cinnamon and mix well.
- Cook over a medium heat for a further 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cut the fruit into pieces.
- Remove from the heat and garnish with the fruit.
