Strictly speaking, seedless grapes do not exist! They do have seeds, but they are so tiny that you don’t even notice them when eating the delicious berries. By the way, “seedless” grape varieties have not been artificially created in a laboratory, but have come about through a random, natural mutation.

- 8 slices Baguette
- 150 g grapes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 100 g goat's cream cheese
- Crema balsamico

Instructions
- Wash and halve the grapes.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and then add the grapes and sugar. Allow to caramelise for 1-2 minutes.
- Spread the goat's cream cheese on the bread and place the grapes on top.
- Garnish with crema balsamico as required.
