Ingredients
- 200 gram carrot Wash, peel and dice into small cubes. Steam together with
- 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Add
- 50 ml vegetable broth , let simmer for 5 minutes. Crush
- 1 clove garlic and mix it with
- salt and
- Harissa (or pepper or chili) and
- 1 pn cumin as well as
- 1 splash Lemon Juice
- 4 walnut to be mashed with the carrots, mix in
- 1 tbsp herbs and fill into glass.
