Here’s a delicious recipe for cherry tomato dhal from Aurelia, so you don’t forget to use seasonal produce like tomatoes!
Ingredients
- 250 g coral lentils
- 1 tray organic cherry tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 20 cl coconut milk
- 100 g tomato coulis
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 bird's eye chilis
- fresh coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ginger (powder)
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander seeds

- Simply pour all the ingredients, except the fresh coriander, into a saucepan and add 40 cl of water.
- Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
- Add the coriander just before serving.
