Here are not one but three delicious drink recipes perfect for summer. You can choose between coffee, matcha or thai tea, all iced!
Ingredients
Coffee latte
- 4 dl cow's milk or almond milk
- 1 espresso
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 4 ice cubes
Matcha latte
- 4 dl cow's milk or oat milk
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 ice cubes
Thai latte
- 2 dl cow's milk , rice milk (sweeter) or oat milk
- 1 tsp anise seeds or 3 star anise
- 3 cardamom capsules
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- 2 black tea bags
- 3 tbsp condensed milk or vegan cream alternative
- 4 ice cubes

Instructions
Coffee latte
- Froth the milk with a whisk or frother.
- Place the ice cubes in a glass, add the milk and then the espresso at the end.
- Sprinkle with cocoa.
- Option: sweeten with cane sugar or maple syrup.
Matcha latte
- Froth the milk with a whisk or frother.
- Dissolve the matcha powder in 0.5 dl of hot water with a small whisk.
- Add the maple syrup to the matcha.
- Place the ice cubes in a glass, add the milk and then the matcha mixture at the end.
Thai latte
- Bring 3 dl of water to the boil, then add the aniseed, cardamom and ½ vanilla bean, previously split.
- Add the black tea and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the aniseed, cardamom and ½ vanilla bean.
- Let cool.
- Add the condensed milk and mix well.
- Froth the milk with a whisk or frother.
- Place the ice cubes in a glass, add the milk and then the spiced black tea mixture.
