When hunger strikes, it has to be quick. But that doesn't necessarily mean fast food: fine pasta dishes with lots of fresh vegetables can be prepared in less than 20 minutes. One-pot pasta is the solution! This is the name of the pasta trend that is currently sweeping the world. You don't have to be a gourmet chef or incredibly talented to make one-pot pasta.
