This recipe is very simple and perfect for a vegan BBQ – the cashew tomato spread!
Ingredients
- 150 g Cashews
- 100 ml water
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp grounded paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-2 tbsp yeast flakes
- 3 dried tomatoes If you want more tomato flavour, go ahead and use more.

Instructions
- Soak the cashews in hot water for at least 1 hour (better overnight).
- Drain the nuts and puree together with the remaining ingredients in a blender to a fine mixture!
- Enjoy!
