The potato is an incredibly diverse tuber which can be prepared in many different ways. They are a cheap and simple ingredient that can be stored for quite a while. Be it fried, steamed, boiled or fried — potato dishes work every time. This simple and delicious potato salad is a taste explosion and belongs on every menu.
Ingredients
- 600 g waxy potatoes
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 5 tbsp sunflower or olive oil
- 3 tomatoes
- 180 g Gruyère
- 1/2 pepper
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 bunch Parsley

Instructions
- Wash potatoes and cut them into quarters.
- Boil potatoes for about 15 minutes in boiling salted water until soft.
- Mix oil and vinegar in a bowl and add the spices.
- Add the potatoes and leave the mixture to stand for 5 minutes.
- Grate the Gruyère and add the spicy cheese to the potatoes.
- Wash and quarter the tomatoes and cut the red pepper into small pieces and add to the salad.
- Finely chop the parsley and mix it with the potatoes.
