This summer crumble is a dessert rich in fibre and vitamins. It is low in added sugar and saturated fats.
Ingredients
- 5 nectarines
- 5 apricots
- 100 g flour
- 50 g rolled oats
- 50 g Butter or plant-based alternative of your choice
- 60 g brown sugar
- 20 g pistachios peeled
- Vanilla ice-cream such as “The Green Fairy Ice Cream” brand
- Salted caramel ice-cream such as “The Green Fairy Ice Cream” brand

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the nectarines and apricots into cubes without peeling them and place the chunks evenly in a baking tray.
- In a bowl, soften the butter, then add the flour, oats and brown sugar to form the crumble.
- Spread the crumble evenly on top of the fruits.
- Put in the middle part of the oven and bake it for 35-40 mins.
- Once the crumble is out of the oven, sprinkle some pistachios on top of it.
- Serve it hot with vanilla or salted caramel ice cream.
