Broccoli is not only exceptionally healthy but also has an intense taste of its own, which can be perfectly combined with pasta.
Ingredients
- 300 g broccoli
- 150 g carrots
- 100 g pasta of your choice
- 10 g Butter or plant-based alternative
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 5 tbsp water
- 150 ml cream or plant-based alternative
- 75 g cheese or plant-based alternative*
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- paprika
- 1 tbsp Bouillon

Instructions
- Press the garlic and heat it in a frying pan with the butter/plant-based alternative and sunflower oil. Be careful not to let the garlic get brown!
- Wash and cut the broccoli and carrots and steam them in the frying pan for 5 minutes
- Add the lemon juice and deglaze the vegetables with the water
- Add the stock and cream/plant-based alternative and cook the vegetables for another 5 minutes
- Now add your favourite pasta and let it cook until the pasta is done
- Grate the cheese/cheese alternative over it
- Flavour the mixture with paprika, salt, pepper and nutmeg
