Do you ever long for the spices and flavours of the South? This stuffed crust pizza brings the holiday vibes to your home. Finely melted mozzarella wrapped in crispy dough with black sesame seeds. And in the middle, a delicious mix of fresh vegetables, feta and olives. Let yourself be surprised by the combination!
The pizza topping can be adapted and added to as desired.
Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough round
- 2-4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 Mozzarella
- ca. 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 onion
- some Feta
- ca. 5 Olives
- mint leaves to taste
- 2 tsp black sesame
- some milk

Instructions
- Roll out the pizza dough on the tray. Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
- Cut 1/2 mozzarella into small cubes and spread cubes around the edge with a gap of approx. 2 cm. Then fold in edge so that edge is filled with mozzarella.
- Spread the centre with tomato sauce. Slice the remaining mozzarella half and spread on top.
- Cut the pepper, cherry tomatoes, onion, feta and olives into small pieces and spread on the dough as well.
- Brush the edges with a little milk and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle some fresh, chopped mint leaves on the pizza as desired – enjoy!
