- 3 carrots
- 50 g kale
- 1 handful sultanas
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp orange blossom honey
- 1/2 tsp oriental spices Oriental Night

- Peel and grate the carrots.
- Wash and finely chop the kale.
- In a bowl, mix the lemon juice with the balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard and oriental spices.
- Add the grated carrots and kale to the mixture, stir and allow to soak.
- Add the pine nuts and sultanas.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
