Instructions
  1. Mix the two types of flour and the spices in a bowl.
  2. Add the egg and beer and whisk until you have a smooth, relatively thick mixture.
  3. Dip the washed courgette flowers into the batter and fry in a pan with sunflower oil.
  4. While the flowers are cooking, prepare the yoghurt sauce: mix the yoghurt with the lemon zest and chopped mint leaves, a little salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange the sauce and place the flowers on top.
